Has anyone any experience of this product. It sells on Ebay (US & Europe)
for £29.95.

It clips onto Canon Pixma printers (with chipped cartridges) and claims to
disable the need for a chipped cartridge to be used.

I have e-mailed the supplier asking if ink monitoring is disabled with the
device. If it is, then it just seems to be an expensive way of getting
around the need to transfer the chip between cartridges.

Ebay feedback is positive but comments are a little bland for my liking.

Anyone have any comments on this product?

It is a waste of money.

If you buy the correct ink for the printer you do not need any of this
stuff. I never use it.

You first need a printer to use ink.
Get a job then get a life you idiot loser.

Seeing as Measkite has money to burn by paying silly prices for original
carts, perhaps he would be good enough to offer his empty carts to folks on
this group who could then refill them.

C'mon Measkite you would be helping to save the planet by letting the rest
of us recycle your carts. Do something useful with your life.

You're making the large assumption that he has ever actually owned a Canon
printer, much less figured out how to replace an ink tank.

By his own admission, you might be waiting years for him to empty a set
of OEM carts.

If I received an offer of $7.50 per cart I would turn it down.&nbsp; I do
not want to be responsible for others poor results.&nbsp; However I can be
bought.&nbsp; If someone offered me $100 million dollars and placed it in an
escrow account I would place my spent carts in that escrow account as
well.<br>
